Long-term Contract Price
（91days or more to 12months）

• Contract period should be from 91 days up to a year.
• Monthly rent + Actual cost (electric and internet bill) will be automatically withdrawn from your account on the 27th of each month.
• No renewal fee required.
• In the case of early termination, security deposit will not be refunded.
• In the case of early termination, you will be charged an additional monthly cost.
• Monthly cost must be paid even you are away from the dormitory for long term during the contract period.
• The room cleaning fee is the cost incurred at the time of contract.
• The deposit will be refunded to your bank account after leaving the dormitory if there is no problem. The transfer fee is your responsibility.
• Your room will be checked before you leave the dormitory, and there might be an additional room cleaning charge required if we find any damaged or lost items.
• Tax included.
• It is necessary to contract with Kansai Electric Power Co.,Ltd. directly.(some dormitories)

• Even if you have applied at the current rate, the revised price may apply depending on the time of renewal.
• Room Cleaning Charged will be requireed to more than 90 days stay.
• Contract period should be from 30 days to 90 days.
• Full oayment of your stay should be made before you move in.
• In the case of early termination, your payment will not be refunded.
• No renewal fee required.
• Electric base fee, electric bill, and bedclothes rental fee are incluuded in the monthly rent.
• Tax included.
