- Submitting an application for a room does not guarantee or secure a place. Due to availability, we may not be able to fulfil your request for a specific property or room package. In such cases, we may suggest other options.
- Only after you have secured a place at school can you reserve a room and sign a tenancy agreement. If the property or room package you have chosen is not available after you have secured a place at school, we may suggest alternatives.
- Applications are only accepted if you have secured a place at school and will be signing a tenancy agreement for our property. Please do not submit applications for properties provided by other companies. (*This does not include dormitories that accept multiple and simultaneous submissions.)
- Please note that property fees, such as expenses related to obtaining a tenancy and building maintenance, are subject to change. You will receive the updated fees before signing an agreement.
