Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") strongly recognizes the importance and social nature of privacy and personal data protection and has established the following privacy policy and strives to manage personal data with due diligence.

The Company may entrust personal data to outside contractors to the extent necessary for its business operations.
The Company shall not provide personal data it holds to any third party, notwithstanding the following cases.
- When the person in question has given his/her consent.
- When the Company is requested to disclose personal data in accordance with laws and regulations.
- When the Company's interests are substantially impaired due to a violation of the Terms of Use on the part of the person concerned.
- When necessary to protect a person's life, health, property, or other vital interests.

In the event that an individual requests disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal data managed by the Company, the Company shall promptly respond to such request within a reasonable timeframe according to socially accepted practices and customs, after appropriate identification procedures have been taken, to prevent unauthorized alteration of personal data by a third party.

Concerning the handling of personal data, the Company shall comply with Japanese laws and regulations regarding personal data protection and other guidelines.
